Inquiry form submissions are relayed to our email address (support@whiteboxgeo.com) using FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form processing service. FormSubmit acts as a data processor on our behalf; it receives your submission in order to deliver it to us and does not use your data for any other purpose.

FormSubmit's infrastructure may be located outside Canada, including in the United States. By submitting the inquiry form, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. We have configured FormSubmit to relay submissions only and retain no persistent copy of your data on its servers beyond what is required for delivery.

5. Data Retention

We retain inquiry records in our email system for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, typically no longer than two years after the last contact. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
